Before you begin, please confirm you meet the following prerequisites:

• You need to have a sandbox account with Zendesk, where you can enable Advanced Encryption. Note that this first EAP release can’t be enabled in production accounts.
• You need to have a Key Management Service (KMS) in place that is supported by Zendesk for Advanced Encryption:
  • AWS KMS
  • Azure Key Vault
  • Google Cloud KMS
  • Thales CipherTrust Manager
