How do I calculate the number of business days in a month?
I'm trying to create a Standard calculated metric that will return the number of business days in a given month. For example, there were 23 business days in March and 20 business days in April. Thanks!

Hello Allen,
I'm afraid there's no option in Explore that would allow you to count the number of business days or hours in a certain time period. May I ask why you are looking to count the number of business days? If you need to use this in certain calculations within Explore queries, then maybe we can find a workaround. Can you provide more details on your use case and what kind of report you are trying to set up? Would the default business hour metrics fit your query to achieve your reporting needs?
Thanks

@... I'd like to use it to help calculate different averages and use the number of business days in a month as the denominator. For example, taking the total number of tickets handled per month and divide it by the number of business days in a month to give me the average number of tickets handled per business day.

Hello Allen,
Thanks for your clarification. I believe the best solution is to extract this information using the Time Tracking app. For example, you can analyze Ticket handling time by month there.
Please join to this conversation there if you have any issues regarding this app.
Kind Regards
