Components no longer available for selection
It seems we can select components that are not available for inclusion in layouts. Perhaps a (coming soon) label for these components?

To confirm the scenario so we can try to replicate it on our side, you were able to place Side Conversations and Intelligence into a layout when your Zendesk instance doesn't have these features enabled? Or does this occur when you toggle Side Conversations / Intelligence on and off from the context panel settings after having placed it within a layout?

Side conversations are enabled in our instance, so I would expect that one to show, but I'm not sure what Intelligence is.
I was able to place the elements in a layout, but they immediately told me they weren't available even before saving the layout.
In the case where a feature needs to be enabled, but isn't, it would be great to show the element but have it grey out with a 'enable feature to use' label. -
Hi Dan R.! After troubleshooting with the Side Conversations team, we believe we resolved this issue by enabling Side Convos in the context panel for all Layout Builder EAP customers. Please let us know if you are able to see these features now in the builder.
