Requestor Column - Not Showing in New Request List

We have many customers complaining that Organizational level requests no longer have a column for Requestor and need this information to escalate/manage tickets. Do we have any update on when this will be brought back or a workaround in the meantime?

We are receiving feedback from customers who also want to be able to see Requestor in the organizational level requests list.

We have also received this feedback. Many of our customers have internal support teams who manage their support tickets. Those support tickets might be submitted by any end user associated with their organization. For those internal support teams, it's helpful to be able to sort by requester. For example, they might have a call to review their employees' open support cases.
