There's so much going on at Zendesk this month. Not only are we excited to bring you our annual customer conference, Zendesk Relate, where we'll take a deeper look at Zendesk AI capabilities, but we've also got a ton of new and ongoing User Group meetups. Here's a list of all of the upcoming User Group events we're looking to host this month:

Friday, May 5 - First meetup of the SMB User Group

Join us for CXinco De Mayo, a virtual event that celebrates the latest Customer Experience (CX) trends for SMBs in 2023, based on the Zendesk CX Trends report. Discover the top CX trends and strategies that can help you enhance your customers' experience and drive business growth.
Tuesday, May 16 - Retail User Group first meetup
1:00pm CDT - virtual event
If you're a Zendesk customer in the retail, wholesale, or distribution space, this is the user group for you. We'll discuss Zendesk topics relevant to our industry, and help to build your network of peers. We'll come together on a regular basis to discuss challenges and ideas, and share learnings and best practices. Our first meetup in May will be an opportunity to meet one another and discuss some of the exciting announcements shared at Zendesk Relate!
Tuesday, May 16 - Australian User Group first meetup
7:00pm CDT - virtual
In this virtual event, we'll allocate time to welcome and meet everyone, and then explore the 2023 CX Trends report - and encourage conversation on what it means for the Australian market.
We'll hear from Zendesk expert consultant, Amie Brennan, on impacts we expect from these trends, and what organisations should start considering as they plan for the future. We'll save some time at the end for a Q&A and discussion.

Thursday, May 25 - D.C. User Group: follow up on Zendesk Relate

The Washington, DC User Group will be hosting meetup on Thursday, May 25 at 1pm ET to discuss Zendesk Relate happening on Wednesday, May 10.
Your host and Group Leader, Jeff Harris, will be in attendance at the in-person event in San Francisco and will bring back his insights and topics of conversation!

Have you ever needed to obtain all of the field IDs? User ID? Form IDs? Any kind of IDs within Zendesk? Have you ever needed to investigate an issue and "see" what the data "looks like" inside of Zendesk? Then this meeting is for you! In this meeting we will be covering the indispensable tool: Postman. Postman is a free tool that is used by admins and developers alike. With Postman, it is easy to configure, test, and validate information within Zendesk your instances. Postman can also be used as a great jumping to getting those same API called into functional code; and in a variety of different languages!
Come join us as we explore Postman and how it can be used to enrich your Zendesk experience!
