Agent's Daily Hour in State does not sum up to 24 hours
Hi all,
Does anybody experience an issue where the total hours of agents' activities does not sum up to 24 hours?
Also, it's strange to see some of the agents have 24.00 hours allocated in 'ONLINE'. But I'm sure that they weren't even on duty on the specified date:

Yes, this is fixed. Basically it's due to the multiple Channels which the agents are involved in.
