Cancelling subscription is a nightmare

    Thanks for reaching out to us here and sorry to hear you haven't been able to cancel your account after four weeks of waiting. I've reached out to a couple of my colleagues internally to see if they can follow up with you in the ticket you have open with us regarding this issue.
