Segmenting categories by user segment

I don't think this is possible, as I tried looking through KBs/community, but wanted to ask in case I was searching incorrectly.

We support customers across multiple brands. Within those brands, we want to be able to leverage guide to give a unique experience to customers based on their user segment (i.e. User Segment for Brand 1 should not see User Segment for Brand 2s KB articles, categories, or sections).

Is this achievable?

User segments are shared across all brands so this will not be possible. The restriction can only be defined by the following : tags, organizations, individual users, or a combination of all three. Tags must be on the user or an organization they belong to
