Important notice: Account reload required for the Agent Status Historical Reporting EAP
The following post is to note that we are currently making some performance enhancements for this functionality.
In order to reflect these updates, we will need to reload accounts. As a result, it is important to note that data older than 3 months (middle of April) will no longer be available. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We make sure to refrain from reloads as much as possible, however, as we are in EAP we are trying to make improvements to enhance scalability and future proof adding further metrics.

Why is Zendesk making this change?
In order to improve scalability and enable us to add further metrics to these datasets moving forward.
What does this mean?
This update means we will be reloading customers accounts and therefore data older than 3 months (middle of April) will no longer be available.
What do I need to do?
Nothing is required on the customers side, this post is to provide transparency and make sure that customers are aware of the changes we are making during this EAP.

What specific data will no longer be available?

Data from the agent state, agent state daily and agent capacity datasets will now only be available for the past 3 months. So your account may have lost some data in these datasets, however, all data from middle of April will be available.Thank you,Karen
