Triggers from 3rd party replies

Hello,

We are a e-commerce platform with many thousands of 3rd party merchants that answers their own tickets through our system. I'm trying to set up a trigger that allows us to keep an eye on merchants that haven't solved their tickets in 3 replies.

I've set up the tags correctly I believe, but I see no option for 3rd party replies triggers, only agent replies triggers.

I've also set up a new group called  3+ Merchant Replies and a trigger with the same name.

Don't hesitate to ask for more information if needed.

Hi Hampus,
 
I don't think there is a trigger condition that'll do exactly what you're looking for with regard to requester replies. Perhaps the reopens condition might work in this scenario?
