Beth Chamberlain thank you for trying Layout Builder and for your patience with me getting back to you on this feedback!

Troubleshooting individual apps can have a wide range of possibilities. To help us narrow in on potential root cause, may you please confirm if this issue is visible across all your roles / groups? Does the Five9 Adapter load as expected in the All Apps panel (the 9-box icon in the Context Panel)?

    Thanks!

Hi Paul, thanks for your response. The issue is visible across all roles/groups. The Five9 Plus Adapter app lives in the top navigation panel. It is listed as hidden when clicking on the 9-box icon.

Hi Elizabeth. Thanks for the added details and for the screenshots. The team will take this info and further investigate. I'll reach back out to you once we have identified why this is occurring and if there is the solution to get this working for you. Stay tuned!

Hi Beth Chamberlain! I did some digging based on the information that you provided in the previous post. In this case, Five9 has set their Five9 Plus Adapter app with a setting of autoHide: true. This means that they intentionally hide the app from the All Apps panel. This is why you see the message "The following apps are currently hidden from the app sidebar" in the screenshot you provided. Unfortunately, this setting results in the behavior that you experienced where placing it in the main part of the layout renders a blank container.

We have a Jira task to add a warning message in the case that apps with these settings are placed into the layout to help put guardrails in place.
