I want to be notified when any custom field is changed.

Currently, trigger conditions are "Yes/No" and "Include Next/No Next",
We would like to have an item such as "modified" to indicate that an update has been made as a condition.

    Hi Mieda thanks for the feedback. I've captured your use case in our feedback tool. 

    From the triggers perspective, we are currently working on expanding the data available in triggers. We do however have adding additional operators to custom fields on our roadmap. While I don't have a timeline to share at the moment, just know we are working towards this.
