Ability to disable email template over write function
Hi Team! With Sell is there any workaround to adding an email Template without overwriting what was previously written on an email? We enjoyed the ability in Support emails to add multiple macros to one email and modify the macro from within the email. We need to do the same with Sell email templates. Is this possible or is there a workaround?

Sell email templates are applied differently compared to Support macros, at the moment there isn't a workaround that would allow to edit the Sell email template content. You can however create several email templates for Sell that would fit your workflow.
