Contextual help in Messaging widget
Currently, only the web widget classic can offer contextual help, but we cannot switch to the new messaging widget if it does not suggest articles based on page where it's accessed from.

Hi Marco,
Thanks for the feedback. We have plans in Q1, 2024 to introduce page URLs as metadata inside Zendesk Bots for you to create more contextual experiences. We will be sure to update this thread once the feature is available.

+1 vote for this. We are sticking to the classic web widget for the same reason. It would be useful to inject context within Messaging to allow for this functionality.
