Is there a way to identify number of agents worked / involved per ticket(not just assigned) from Support Dataset
I am looking to find out Avg. number of agents involved in resolving each ticket. Is there a simple way using Support Dataset in ZD Explore to query this avg.agent / ticket or the Dcount of agents for each ticket.
