  Your solution close the tabs in the navigator, not the tickets tab inside Zendesk ;) 
  I think you misunderstand the request of Billy Bao 

  My organization is waiting for long time now for the requested feature by Billy Bao too...

  Hello Grumpiix, 

  I think you have the wrong extension. Try this one:

  Zendesk All tab Closer - Chrome Web Store (google.com)

  This allows you to close the tabs in the Zendesk window. It does not close the browser tabs.
