How do we link our customer and advertiser information to Zendesk Support?
AnsweredOur agents need to be able to see the account history of the person sending in a query. Is there a way for us to integrate our own data with Zendesk so that we can pull this information up on Zendesk?
For example, if a customer comes to us about a certain transaction, is there a way for all of their recent transactions to be made visible on Zendesk?

You can achieve that with a custom sidebar app. When an agent views a ticket, the app could fetch all transactions related to the requester or to their organisation by matching the email address or their external id.
