Hi there, 

we have been whitelisted for the EAP for generative AI and I especially want to test the AI powered bot following this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AEeS9tWM_3s

However in our account, I don't see the option to select bot personas and overall the bots are just the non-AI based standard bots. 

Is there just a delay for it to work?

Hey Maria, can you confirm that your account has purchased the Advanced AI add-on? I'm thinking this could be why you don't see the option to build the advanced bot. More information here: About Zendesk Advanced AI
