Create ticket with initial *internal note*.

Hey,

i'm trying for too much time to create a ticket with an api call from our app to Zendesk, but with first "internal note".

I tried to add the property to the json request: 

`public: false'

but with no luck.

It just keep creates the ticket with initial public note,

can anybody put light on what's wrong?

Hi Kfir Yahav - this is a limitation im prettty sure. I had the same issue and we had to use a dummy first comment.

What limitation?

Did you manage to solve it?

if yes, how can I overcome this limitation?

I tried to follow this link steps because I thought maybe it something that comes from the admin panel:

but I don't have the 'Allow first comment on tickets to be private' at all.
