The window where the ticket information is contained (replies) is far to small.

I have a 32" monitor, a 27" and a 22" and it is shocking how bad it is on the 32 let alone the 22.

You have to nearly always minimise your own reply box to see what is going on. It gets even worse when its a follow up ticket as the box telling you its a follow up is massive.

Your UI team should feel bad there is so much white space between boxes

it gets super bad should you use the little icons on the right to show info about the sender and as you hide the senders email address unless you use that pop out box thing then you have to use it and its hard work.

any chance you can make the space you actually need to read better.
