Bullet and numbering format in dynamic content not recognized in SDK

We use dynamic content in our macros. When adding bullets and numbering formats to dynamic content, then sending that content to customers with the macros the dynamic content is in, the bullet and numbering format disappears. On the user's end, the response is just jumbled words.

Is it an issue with the way we are formatting the bullets and numbering, or is it something else?

Some channels as SDK don't support rich text, but when you are creating a Macro, under the rich content box, you can select an option to include a plain text fallback.
