Been massively overcharged and moved to an account we did not approve.
Submitted a ticket (#12257717) and has been over a week and no response.

Needs to be URGENTLY responded to.

Joshua - did they ever sort this for you?  I am in a similar situation with 5 months over 100% overcharge.
