When entering the code editor, take the user directly to the spot where the cursor is within the WYSIWYG editor.

Our team typically does not use the image importer available in ZenDesk. Instead we host our own images and then need to use HTML to add the link in the code editor. A very large problem for us is that when you enter the code editor, it doesn't remember where your cursor was in the WYSIWYG editor. So we are left with often digging through very long code to find the spot where we want to add the link. It would be incredibly helpful if the code editor would remember where the cursor was before entering the editor so the user is automatically in the same spot as they were in the WYSIWYG editor.
As things are now, this current behavior is an incredibly time consuming for our team. Thank you for consideration.

This would be extremely helpful. My technique to find my place usually involves doing a ctrl+F search in the code editor for some words near where I want to work. This sometimes fails, because the code editor inserts line breaks, making the search string not match. So I have to search for a single word or a very short phrase that is still unique enough to be effective. It would be very nice if the code editor cursor matched the WYSIWIG editor so I could skip this process and continue working more seamlessly between both editors.

I concur with Kelly and Ryan. This would be a huge time saver. Looking forward to an announcement about this.
