"Assign Back" to previous agent.

I think a useful feature for Zendesk agents would be to include a button labeled something like "Assign Back" right next to the "Take It" button that sits on top of the Assignee dropdown box. This button would assign the ticket back to the previous agent who assigned it to you.

+1 we get assigned tickets incorrectly all the time - would love to have this feature to assign back to previous person without the need of checking ticket events to see who sent it our way before - even if it was a ticket you took from the group without an assignee (you can send back to previous group)
