Direct email- & link tracking (for SELL & SUPPORT)

Posted Jan 31, 2024

What I liked at freshdesk was the analysis of emails (opened, links clicked), and it's clear and direct accessible presentation in their inbox view, instead of entering each single ticket to see what happened. For example, have checks next to the ticket and see if it's. marked and thus was opened, as well as a hover popup box showing the links clicked etc > and this shall be also represented in the analysis, to evaluate the email's performance.

You have some apps here, however, these are not directly visitble and you have to open tickets to read the information, which is time consuming.

Do you have any suggestions or plans to integrate this?

Hi Erik Krause! We suggest you try our Email Tracking app for Zendesk. It does exactly what you need by tracking emails and link openings. Our app automatically updates tickets' custom 'Seen/Unseen' fields. Unlike other apps, you can set up Seen/Unseen columns in your Ticket Views. This way, you can see which ticket has been read without opening it.

Plus, it has a comprehensive statistics page to analyze your email performance.
