Custom Avatar for System Responses

Request:
Allow the default icon to be changed for the system responses generated by messaging/chat triggers.
Problem:
Our company is using the AI-powered conversation bot. We love being able to customize this avatar! However, there is no way to customize the system responses created via messaging triggers.
Our specific trigger uses the action "Send message to visitor". Regardless of what Agent name I put in the next field, the avatar remains the default one. It creates a weird customer experience to be chatting with a bot with an avatar then have the default one crop up.
Example #1:
Even if I put one of my agent's names in that field, it doesn't pull from their profile.
Example #2:
Similar thing happens with system replies from triggers.
Ideal Solution:
Add the ability to customize these avatars and/or pull from an agent's profile.
