Browser refreshing in an ongoing conversation

Hi,

We want a feature where we can track if customers refresed the widget windo. Is it possible?

I'm afraid that there isn't a built-in feature to directly track if a customer refreshes their browser during an ongoing conversation. However, you can indirectly monitor customer activity by observing timestamps in the conversation history.
 
Here's how you might approach it in Timestamps: Zendesk records timestamps for each message or interaction in the conversation. You can use these timestamps to see if there's a gap in the conversation, which could indicate that the customer refreshed their browser.
