Agent Workspace Apps Pinned

Issue

The new sidebar app is great, but not allowing a specific app (third-party specifically) to be pinned as "open" on the ticket makes for a lot of useless clicking that takes up our agents time. It doesn't seem like much but when you have to do it for every single ticket it adds up and causes some frustration. Previously you could "pin" the app side bar. 

Solving Problem
This will help teams use the apps they have installed more efficiently if they desire that. Having to open an app that you use on all or most tickets when you work with hundreds of tickets a day is frustrating and time consuming when considering how it will add up. 

Affected:
Everyday, every ticket that I've opened or work since the switch. It will improve our efficiency, reduce frustration, and help with morale for those who use Zendesk.

The only work around is to open the app every time. 

Request:

It currently looks like this on default when I open a ticket

I would like the option of it looking like this if I "pin" to ticket view or something like that. If this exists I can't find it.

Also. I know you can "Pin" the app to the side bar. But I want to be able to default an app to be open on my tickets.
