I would like to use not only a "Next→" button, but also a "← Previous" button.

I have a feature request regarding the functions when browsing tickets. When I open a ticket that is displayed in a certain view, I see a "Next→" button in the upper right corner. I think this is a very good feature. However, there is a point that I would like to see further improved.
I would like to use not only a "Next→" button, but also a "← Previous" button.

The 'previous' button is needed because mostly agent will always handle the older ticket first then go the newest to fulfill the company SLA, so that we need 'previous' button to jump to newest ticket in the view. I think this is a basic feature that should be added, so please make this as priority for nearest development.
