Translation issue in MCE

Hi! 

We noticed an issue with translation in MCE. Agents' messages are not being translated in the agent interface. Please find screenshots attached (original and translated versions are the same). 

At the same time on clients' end the message is translated, so a client receives translated message.

We have noticed the same issue and have had to switch off the beta as a result.

Wanted to quickly check - Is this happening on live chat/messaging tickets only?

We have noticed for messaging tickets, users aren't receiving correct translations, and agents can't switch between translated and original text in the Agent Workspace.

With WhatsApp tickets, users receive translated text with "(Translated)" appended, but agents still can't switch between original and translated text in the Agent Workspace.
