Add ACH and annual billing as options to the Zendesk billing platform for external apps

As a Zendesk app developer, we use the Zendesk Stripe application for a kind of coordination between the app and billing parts: https://developer.zendesk.com/documentation/marketplace/publishing-to-the-marketplace/set-up-paid-app-or-theme/
Currently, our customers are unable to pay through ACH bank transfers (for now, only credit cards are possible) and annually (for now, only monthly payments are supported) from the application screen. We need to come up with some complicated methods to try to handle that on our side. It would be much easier if ACH and annual options became available by default.

When we generate a direct payment link in Stripe (but it is not convenient), it contains ACH for some reason. No annual billing though: <Image 2>.
