Zendesk Talk/ On Hold Beeping

Beeping when on hold. This function is not currently customizable. It would be very beneficial to make this feature customizable allowing admins to change the beeping frequency or duration of how often it goes off while on hold. It can be overwhelming for some to hear a beeping in their ear every 15 seconds.

Thanks Sean - Rich from Comcast tossing some support for this. It would be wonderful to have the ability to adjust this or disable it completely.
