Voice AI Call Summary behavior

We had a dropped call come in from an unknown number - and the call summary that was generated seems completely unrelated to Samsara Support. Can someone take a look and see why/how this summary was generated? Happy to provide the ticket number in a private message.

we have encountered the same problem. The summary was about Childcare, but we are a Outdoor retail company… so that's very strange.
