Cannot configure EAP for Quick Answers

Not product feedback  , but I'm being redirected back to the help center home page when I attempt to perform this step (specifically click on "Quick answers").  As a result, I can't view nor check the box on step 3 below.

Support asked me to contact this forum, but I'm blocked from completing or verifying the setup.

I'm having the same problem; have already updated the theme to use API 3.

Same for us.  Cannot complete setup due to the enabling  Quick Answers step.

I have the same issue. Here is a screengrab when reproducing: https://youtu.be/OaroL1LKrJA. I have tested multiple browsers and computers and deactivating any adblockers.
