Providing an answer in the incorrect language

Sometimes AI suggests good macro, but not in the language the client used (we have macros in many languages, including Polish here).

You can use Dynamic Content in Macro, then you only need 1 Macro and the Macro can be genric. The language is then selected by Requester Language, which can be AI detected by Trigger.

Amisha Sharma We have this EAP enabled and are seeing suggestions generated in German and Japanese however not in Swedish. If it is Eng lang only, do you know why we would be getting some languages and not others?

Tobias Hermanns You're right, the only thing is that agents often edit a macro adapting it to a specific request. This is not possible if you use Dynamic Content.
