Hi,
The feature provided an excellent answer, summarizing a very long knowledgebase page into one paragraph. However, I'm missing the link to the original article, so -
- The client can read more about the issue.
- The agent could confirm the answer and contribute more.
Please add "for further reading, see: [link].
