Getting error trying to add helper code to our custom theme

Upon trying to add this {{generative_answers}} code to our custom theme, I'm getting the following error:

'generative_answers' does not exist

Hi Jimmy, 

I will duplicate my response here so other community members know why they might have the same issue. 

It is required to have templating API v3 to add {{generative_answers}} to the theme. 

You can test generative search in Knowledge in the Agent workspace, it doesn't require any theme changes.
