Agent Role ID from API

Hi, I am trying to sync data from Tymeshift to our BI environment using the API. After requesting the 'agents' endpoint (https://sendcloud.tymeapp.com/l5/api/v2/agents), each row (agent) is assigned a roleID. We have three roles, and our users are assigned the correct role (we checked that in the tool). However, in the API response I only see two roles assigned (-1 and -2), teamleads (one role) have the same roleId as agents (other role)
