When will you update your official JIRA app?

I've been using the JIRA app (https://www.zendesk.com/marketplace/apps/support/24475/jira/?queryID=b5c267baa7a0c2bb12f3b7f5725aec3f) for years but we're now upgrading our JIRA instance to 9.14.1 for security reasons. Your app however hasn't been updated for over a year and doesn't support this version (according to your update history). I reached out to Zendesk but the agent was unable to provide any update on when the app would be updated to ensure compatibility with newer JIRA instances. Can anyone involved in the app team provide an update on when this may happen? Seems your support department can't pass these questions on and asked me to post here instead ><.

    Thank you for reaching out and following up on the Jira integration!


    We have been releasing updates to ensure that our integration is compatible with the final version of Jira Server (9.12.8) however we have yet to release a new version of the integration compatible with the recently released versions of Jira Data Center that have come out in 2024 (versions 9.13, 14, 15 or 16). 


    Our team is currently working on compatibility with the latest versions of Jira Data Center and is planning to release an update to the Atlassian marketplace by the end of June.

    Just a heads up that we've now released a new version of Zendesk Support for Jira (3.0.29) that is compatible up to JIRA version 9.16.1.
