Repeatedly getting 500 response

Zendesk team, 

 

I built a job to extract data from Tymeshift to our BI infra. However, most of the time I request the following endpoint (…/l5/api/activities), I am getting a 500 response. If I catch the error and retry after a period of rest several times (how much times varies), it suddenly works. Is this a known issue?
