Full text of ticket status is preventing from seeing more of the Subject

Hello,

 

since today I have ended up in Zendesk finding out that instead of O,P,S next to ticket status, now we have the full text Open, Pending, Solved and etc. This change has reduced my useful work area and now important parts of the subject is not visible anymore and replaced by … which is preventing from clicking on the exact necessary ticket as our tickets are usually with predefined subjects where at the end is the more important information..

Your editor was showing the screenshot perfectly fine before submitting - now it is not so clear how this change is wasting my screen space…

Vanya Golomehova it looks like you have Custom Ticket Statuses turned on. This is also one of the reasons we haven't turned this on as it will show the entire status (imagine a 36 character status as it shows the entire thing)
