Database timeout error

Hi!

We are building integration for Zendesk and we face an error trying to collect audit logs.

we use GET request to this url : https://{subdomain}.zendesk.com/api/v2/audit_logs?per_page=25 and we got 503 status code with the error message: Database timeout error

Do you have any suggestions for solving this?

The endpoint you've noted looks to be correct. One thing to check - which plan are you currently on? The Audit logs endpoint is currently available to Enterprise plans only, as noted in the docs.

Yes, it happens on the Enterprise plan. I also changed the per_page parameter to 1 and still got the same error.

I just double checked the organization linked to your profile and it doesn't appear that this is an enterprise account. Can you double check that for me, and if so, provide the organization name so I can check again?

This issue is with a customer’s account, and they are confirmed to be on an Enterprise plan. They are encountering 503 errors on every call to the audit logs endpoint. If needed, please email us privately for the customer’s details.
