Increase First Response Time for Forecasting

We have a large percentage of general question emails that have a SLA of 72 hours. We would like to use the forecast tool in Tymeshift to adequately estimate the FTEs for this workstream but it is currently limited to 47:59 hours. We would like the capabilities increased to at least 72 hours, if not greater for FRT.
