Agents are misusing Zendesk and logging into Mobile

Hello Zendesk Team,
We want a functionality at the earliest to prevent agents from being able to use zendesk from Mobiles, Is there anyway that we can do this.
Off late we have been noticing a lot of agents using Zendesk from mobile and handling chats and reporting inappropriate business hours

Hey Saketh Rednam ,
you can disable access to the app for all agents by going into your Admin Centre and under Security→More Settings, uncheck the box labelled “Admins and agents can use the Zendesk Support mobile app.”
That will prevent anyone from access the mobile app.

Dan Ross Can I turn it off for select agents who are abusing this feature? I have agents who responsibly use the mobile app, and then those who are using it after hours, on vacation, or just plain answering every ticket through the app (aka never logging into their work laptop). I want to prevent the offenders from using it.

Unfortunately not, it's a global setting. Any adjustments you make in this case will need to be behavioural, as Zendesk only supports an all or nothing approach here. I would suggest submitting a feature request in the product feedback section to allow it to be assigned based on roles or permissions maybe.
