Scheduled reports should be templates

I would like to set a scheduled CSV export where the recipient could be a role/custom role, group, or team. There would be additional filtering of depending on their role, the person would receive the information for themself (agent role), team members (direct manager), teams (operations manager). This would mean that you'd only need to set a schedule for the recipients based on what's different.

This will affect our administrators, operations managers, and team managers.

When you set up a scheduled CSV export in Zendesk WFM, the recipients are static and if you want to create a report for each agent, you must create a schedule for every agent which is cumbersome and time consuming.

The team leads, wfm managers will have to set up the reports.
