Error Adding a user - ERROR MESSAGE: Team member couldn't be created Give it a moment and try again.

I have logged out and logged in. Tried numerous times over the last two days - always the same error message.

I ran into this error message today. I worked around the issue by adding the user as a customer, and then elevating them to a team member.

Support found a solution today to set my local to English US instead of English World. This also worked.
