Chat Dashboard Not Working for Messaging

Hi there! Please allow Messaging data to work within the format of the established chat dashboard. We are having difficulty building an Explore that has the same relevant information and it is disrupting our one true data source as we just need the information during our business hours (we, like many others, do not provide 24-hour service, so business hours are the only relevant data for live Messaging) and cut down to seconds. Please also add an easy way to turn off Messaging (like changing chat hours) within dashboard. Lastly, Chat Dashboard was so important because of visibility amongst the team who had different access (I would prefer not to give my team Explore or Admin access, so having a universal dashboard where they can see how many visitors are on the site, how many chats other people are on, and who is online amongst their team is crucial to their performance) and we do need that back as the Messaging Live in Explore does not cut it. Thank you!
