Adjustable side bars and/or wrap text in multiple locations

I would like to be able to resize side bars or have the text wrap so the full name/title of the team or workstream is visible.

What problem do you see this solving? (1-2 sentences) 

Names should be clear and concise, but when there are significant identifiers required, names may require longer names. Not being able to see the full name on workstream and team lists is problematic.

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool? What happened? How often does this problem occur and how does this impact your business? (3-4 sentences)

This happens daily. It requires us to make compromises on naming conventions.

We are re-ordering naming conventions and creating new abbreviations.

What would be your ideal solution to this problem? How would it work or function? (1-2 sentences)

I would like to be able to customize the width of side panels and when I cannot, have text wrapping.
