iOS Messaging SDK does not mark messages as read to Zendesk agents

Hello
When an agent sends a message through the web portal to a user that has Zendesk Messaging SDK installed, messages sent by the agent and seen by the user aren't marked as read by the Messaging SDK and therefore won't get the double-checkmarks next to them as viewed by the agent.
Is this a known bug?

Hi there! I have seen some reports of the checkmarks not displaying, however it hasn't been isolated to the SDKs and I haven't seen any patterns to it at this time. It's definitely something that we want to investigate, so I have a couple of questions to get that started:
- In cases where the checkmarks have not been display, were you been able to confirm that the end user is receiving the message and has read it?
- In the same situation as above, have the messages ever disappeared? Either from the agent or the end-users side?
- Have you seen reports of this behavior on other channels outside of the SDKs?

Answer 1: yes the user has read the messages.
Answer 2: no
Answer 3: only SDK at the moment
