Feature Request: Ability to add anyone as the request of a child ticket

Current:
You can only send a side convo child ticket to another group on the Zendesk which is very limiting.
Feature Request:
Ability to set any group or end-user as the requester of a child ticket.
Context:
Sometimes things needs to be followed up with someone outside of Zendesk, and also need to ability to report on that follow up via ticket fields etc. Doing this via a side convo email is very limiting as there's no fields to report on etc for the actual convo.
